Dr. Pradeep Sethi is a Co-Founder of Eugenix Hair Sciences. He completed his MBBS and MD in Dermatology at AIIMS, New Delhi. He is a Fellow of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS) and Scientific Director, GHLS and WFI. He has more than 15 years’ exclusive experience in hair transplant surgery.
Originally from Odisha, he began his career in dermatology and aesthetic procedures in Dehradun and Rishikesh before dedicating his practice entirely to hair restoration.
Areas of focus
Hairline design, density planning, advanced baldness (Grade 6 and 7), female hair transplantation and corrective hair transplant surgery.
Research
Together with Co-Founder Dr. Arika Bansal, he described Direct Hair Transplant (DHT) in their 2013 research paper, “Direct hair transplantation: a modified follicular unit extraction technique”, published in the Journal of Cutaneous and Aesthetic Surgery. In DHT, extraction and implantation happen at the same time, so grafts stay outside the body for under 30 minutes, compared to 3 to 6 hours with conventional FUE.

His approach
Each procedure is planned around the patient’s donor area and long-term hair loss pattern. His guiding principle: do it once, do it right.
